Certification Notification Process 

 

To provide further support to our 1099 partners, WellCare Sales Support will send an email notification within 2 business days of successfully completing 2018 certification requirements. The email will provide information on the following:

 

  • Confirmation that both ACT and AHIP have been complete
  • Producer information relating to Producer ID (PID), hierarchy, District Sales Manager (DSM), and commission assignment
  • Active licensing & state appointments

 

Note: The pre-appoint, non-appoint and just-in-time appoint rules are applied accordingly.

 

Remember, it is non-compliant to market 2018 products until 10/1 and/or enroll beneficiaries into 2018 plans until 10/15.

Mastery Exam Tips

 

Remember, the final step to successfully completing ACT is passing the mastery exam with a score of 85% or higher. When taking your exam, please keep the following in mind:

 

  • Browser zoom setting should be at 100%
  • The exam is open book - please take your time
  • Download and reference module attachments available in your WellCare University Knowledge Bank
  • For every failed attempt at the exam, a 24 hour probation period will take place before a retake is allowed

 

Please note the Mastery Exam can be taken up to 3 times. After a third failed attempt, an automatic suspension from marketing /selling WellCare products for a period of 6 months will take place.

 

In addition, please keep in mind our Producer Services team is not permitted to provide answers or information on the exam. All exam answers are covered in the training modules.
