Pre-order for 2018 Enrollment Guides opens on August 19 for agents who are certified. Watch for details on the order process but here are a few guide highlights.

Please note: During the pre-order process, you should only order enough Guides to get through the first couple of weeks of the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Personalization of the back cover is not available for pre-order; this option will only be available for orders placed after October 1, 2017.

2018 Enrollment Guide Highlights

• Alternative Drug List. We've added a new drug list that contains the most common drugs that receive formulary exception requests and alternative drugs that consumers can take that are covered by our plan.
• Abridged Drug List. We added utilization management requirements to the drug list. Because of this, MAPD Enrollment Guides will be moving from a comprehensive list of covered drugs to an abridged list of covered drugs.
• Benefit Highlights. We have added back all of the 1557 privacy notice disclaimers to the Benefit Highlights document so agents can now download that piece from the sales materials portal.
• Multi-language insert. The insert has been removed from the Enrollment Guide and is being replaced by the Civil Rights Notice and Required Information.
• Plan Recap. We have changed the format of this piece to make it easier to fill out. And, there is additional space to include member's doctors and prescription drugs.
• Enrollment Form. "The Information about your Medicare" section has changed, the copy of the Medicare card has been removed, as well, in the "How do you want to pay" section there are some additional questions regarding RRB and SSA.
• Updated Color coding. With the help of color, you can ensure you have the correct Enrollment Guide. This year, the colors wrap around the entire Guide, so they are easy to identify.
