Vibra Health Plan will be discontinuing use of the ARES CRM lead management system. As of today, August 10th, Vibra will not be using ARES to track or distribute new leads. New leads will be distributed to brokers via secure e-mail to the e-mail addresses we have on file.

It is vital that you record any information in the ARES system that you will need related to your current or past sales leads in another location.  The ARES data will remain accessible to you until end of business on Friday, August 11th. After that time, you will be unable to log in to the ARES system.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Vibra will soon be implementing a new lead management system, and information on the new CRM will be communicated in the coming weeks. VHP internal agents will continue to have access to ARES as we complete the transition process to a new CRM. If you need access to information within ARES after August 11th, you will need to contact Broker Support at 1.844.440.4630 or brokersupport@vibrahealthplan.com.
