2017 – 2018 Event Tools
|
|
As you prepare to market 2018 WellCare products, please reference the most recent versions of our event tools to ensure CMS guidelines are followed:
Event Definition Tool: Guidelines for permissible/non permissible activities at an event where you will be representing WellCare.
Site-Based Marketing Tool: Regulations for participation where WellCare is represented at a specific event location.
Provider-Based Marketing Tool: Protocol for representing WellCare at a provider location.
In addition, for all events you plan to promote WellCare, please ensure the following forms are completed/submitted to your local
District Sales Manager:
Event Request Form: Must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event date
Vulnerable Populations Form: Required in addition to the Event Request Form for events taking place at a vulnerable populations site.

Secured Producer Portal.

Commission Tools

As previously communicated, we will continue to pay the maximum fair market value for 2018 producer commissions. Please download and utilize the most recent versions of the following commission tools:

2018 ACT
|

2017 ACT has been deactivated in preparation to launch 2018 ACT on 8/15. Keep in mind, successfully completing 2018 ACT will suffice to market/sell both 2017 and 2018 WellCare products.

AHIP Transmission to WellCare – Reminder
|

As previously communicated, AHIP altered their website which changed the process of transmitting completed AHIP to WellCare University.
The hyperlink below offers a $50 cost coverage through the co-branded link for the AHIP training requirement. Note: WellCare will not reimburse money paid towards training.

Please follow the steps outlined below to successfully transmit your completed AHIP to WellCare.
1. Login to AHIP using the WellCare/AHIP co-branded link.
2. Access your profile.
3. Once in your profile, add either your National Producer Number (NPN) or WellCare University (LMS) ID to provide recognition for a successful transfer to WellCare. Your LMS ID is the username you use to login to WellCare University, and is typically the first initial of your first name, your last name and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
Example: JDoe0000 for John Doe ***-**-0000.
Please note if you have completed AHIP via a different link, you must login again via the co-branded link and update your AHIP profile to include either your National Producer Number (NPN) or your WellCare University (LMS) ID.
