SMALL GROUP UPDATE: PAPERLESS CLIENT COTNRACTS COMING SOON
Starting January 2017, all small group clients’ fully insured contracts are available electronically on the Employer Portal, upon their renewal. The Employer Portal provides peace of mind for your clients in knowing that their company’s health plan documents are available in one secure place and are easy to access, 24/7. Clients must have Employer Portal access in order to view the contracts.

This November through March 2018, Highmark will be mailing a letter to small group clients to inform them of this new paperless option. For those clients who currently do not have access to the Employer Portal, the letter will contain a Data Collection Form (DCF) and Acknowledgement Form so that they can obtain access and opt-in to only receive electronic contracts. Clients may also opt-in via email, by mailing the two forms back to the address provided or through a link on the Employer Portal. Click here to view a sample of this letter and forms.
