SBC Search Lookup Tool: Don’t forget, Small Group AFA Summaries of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs) and Plan Design Documents (PDDs) are available on the SBC Search Lookup Tool, making it easier to access these documents. As of July 28th, they will no longer be available on the AFA ProducerWorld® page.
