Return to Active
Marketing Video Message
As Cigna-HealthSpring returns to active marketing and
reengages with our valued agents, Shawn Morris, Interim President of
Cigna-HealthSpring, would like to share a personal message with our
key strategic distribution partners.
Certification Refresher Training - Immediate Action Required!
We value our partnership with you, and we want to make
sure that you are properly prepared to sell Cigna-HealthSpring
Medicare Advantage products, consistent with CMS guidelines.
With this in mind, Cigna-HealthSpring requires all agents to complete
a 45 minute refresher training course to ensure selling readiness and
compliance. This web-based refresher training is required
before agents can order 2017 enrollment kits and resume
selling.
In an effort to lessen the timing impact of
chargebacks when selling resumes, Cigna-HealthSpring will hold all
accumulated 2017 chargebacks until January 2018, at which time each
agent's 2018 renewal payment will be offset by accumulated chargeback
totals. Effective January 1, 2018, Cigna-HealthSpring will
return to standard monthly chargeback processing.
If you have
questions regarding our return to active marketing, please contact
your local Cigna HealthSpring representative or contact the
Cigna-HealthSpring Agent Assistance Line by calling 1-866-442-7516 or
emailing HAAL@HealthSpring.com.
Thank you for your continued support. We
look forward to working with you to grow our mutual businesses.
