Highmark individual sales is closing Sentinel Elite for the 2017 plan year on June 30, 2017. As a requirement, in order to receive any eligible commissions on Affordable Care Act (ACA) policies on- or off-Marketplace for the 2017 plan year, you must complete your Attestations and provide Certification information through Sentinel Elite.  If you have completed your 2017 FFM Certification but have not yet completed Sentinel Elite, you will have until close of business June 30 to do so.  No certifications will be accepted after this time.
  
To Complete:  Access Sentinel Elite at www.sentinelelite.com and follow the instructions in the user guide.  Use the code HMKEX17 to register for the 2017 program.

To Verify Completion:  Login to Sentinel Elite at www.sentinelelite.com and click Programs on the menu.  There, check to see if the 2017 Highmark Marketplace Certification program displays “Completed” under the Status column.

Please Note: Although certification may have been completed, failure to complete the 2017 Certification and Attestations through Sentinel Elite will result in no eligible commissions paid for any ACA policy for the 2017 plan year.
