Salesforce Updates and Producer Community Resources
As you continue to get familiar with the Producer Community in
Salesforce, Connect with Capital will serve as your go-to resource
for news, updates, and support for this terrific customer
relationship management resource.
In this edition, we’re happy to share our new Producer
Community Manual along with a Producer
Community Training Guide to help you best manage your book
of business in Salesforce.
Also, we’d like to share the following updates:
- We
now accept producer relationship assignments at the
quote/proposal level and only present active producer
relationships for selection. Prior to saving the census or
quote/proposal, General Agents must assign the producer
relationship.
- Upon
entry of an annual attestation, you may now click on Related
then Notes & Attachment and add the form attesting to group
size by clicking Upload File. The attachment field on the annual
attestation record will be checked upon saving an attachment.
Refresh the screen after saving the document to see the
attachment.
- Additional
prospect records will be available soon, which will limit the
need to enter new accounts and/or create duplicate accounts.
- Based
on your feedback, we have added plan IDs back onto the Age
Banded Rate Sheets (ABRSs). The ABRSs now list all component
plan IDs in a bundle and they’re located at the bottom right
corner (where it used to be).

administrative staff) leave your firm so we can immediately suspend
their online access to quotes and client information. Please alert
