FRAUDULENT CALLS TO HIGHMARK MEMBERS - WHAT TO KNOW

Highmark has received reports of members receiving phone calls claiming to be from Highmark. The caller said they wanted to verify member information including name, address, and primary doctor, etc. These phone calls are not from Highmark or any of its diversified businesses.This issue has been reported to our Highmark Fraud and Abuse Department and Information Security Risk Management.

If a member advises they have received a phone call from 289-800-0303, please advise them to not answer any questions and hang up immediately.

These phone calls are not affiliated with Highmark Health.
