Brochures Category:

• Medicare Timeline – Outlines key dates and important steps Medicare eligibles need to take before they turn 65 and enroll in Medicare. The Timeline includes a helpful overview of what newly eligible beneficiaries need to do and when.
• Medicare Checklist – Ensures those turning 65 will have everything they need within reach when it’s time to enroll and helps to make enrolling in Medicare for the first time a little less confusing.
• Network Sharing Brochure – Includes information about the in-network access Highmark’s Freedom Blue PPO members can access by utilizing participating providers in 35 states and Puerto Rico.  Moving forward, the Network Sharing Brochure will also be included in Freedom Blue PPO enrollment kits.

Direct Mail Postcard Category:

• Community Blue Medicare HMO Postcard (WPA Only) – promotes the $0 benefits ($0 premium, $0 PCP visits, $0 generic drugs and $0 freestanding lab) that members of Community Blue Medicare HMO can enjoy in WPA. There are two versions of the postcard that can be utilized – one with a photo for added personalization and one without.
