Update for Diabetic Diamond Plan Members in PA & NC
If you hear concerns from Diamond members in Pennsylvania or North Carolina about copays for their diabetic test strips, please advise them to show both their Gateway Health and state Medicaid cards at the pharmacy.

Gateway Health pays for 80 percent of the test strips and Medicaid pays for the other 20 percent in those states. Any pharmacies having trouble billing the 20 percent should reach out to their respective state's Medicaid pharmacy help desk:

As always, please direct members to Gateway's Member Services department at 1-800-685-5209 with any questions or concerns.

New Process for Provider-Related Questions

If you have any provider-related questions, issues or challenges, please send all information directly to Nicky Skubal at nskubal@gatewayhealthplan.com for investigation. Include as much information as possible, including the provider name and contact details and the nature of your inquiry. Be sure to include any relevant member information as well.

Do you have a provider you think would be a good fit for Gateway's network? Direct them to Gateway's Provider Portal and/or send the contact details to Nicky Skubal, who will share the information with our Provider Contracting team.
