SHORT TERM BLUE PPO PLAN WITHDRAWAL

Effective immediately, Highmark will no longer sell the individual Short Term Blue PPO plans in the Western and Central regions of Pennsylvania.

Note: Members who are currently enrolled in these policies will be permitted to continue their current coverage until the end of the coverage period that they selected when they applied for their policy. Effective February 27, 2017, applications for new policies and additional coverage periods will no longer be accepted.

Any applications that have been received and are in process of being entered into our system will be accepted. New applications (as well as any applications for a second coverage term) will no longer be accepted.
