Highmark Health, Allegheny Health Network Announce $115 Million Capital Investment Plan for Saint Vincent Hospital Officials from Highmark Health, Allegheny Health Network (AHN) and Saint Vincent Hospital announced a $115 million multi-phased capital investment plan for Saint Vincent that will enhance the hospital's capabilities, expand its capacity to meet the evolving health needs of the community and facilitate a patient-centered care model focused on quality, convenience and service excellence.
Initially, the Saint Vincent investment plan includes construction of a new emergency department and a state-of-the-art operating room suite. Both facilities will be located in a new structure on then hospital campus that will extend from the existing Hardner Building at 2315 Myrtle Avenue to the north side of the hospital.
Saint Vincent will break ground on its new facilities in May, with construction extending over the next few years.
