2017 POST OPEN ENROLLMENT SURVEY

Highmark's Channel and Market Strategy Team is requesting producer feedback on the 2017 Individual Market Open Enrollment Period (OEP) by asking agents who sold individual plans to participate in a survey. Feedback on the survey will be used for planning and prioritizing future initiatives and enhancements. Survey responses are anonymous and topics include Training, Products, Networks, Sales Platform and Marketing Materials. The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, February 10, 2017.
