Attend our training to learn how the Ascend Virtual Sales Office (VSO) app can help you enroll clients faster

The Ascend (VSO) app allows you to submit your enrollments electronically, which reduces errors and accelerates the enrollment process for your clients.

During the training, you'll learn how to:

  • Navigate the Ascend (VSO) app
  • Use the NEW E-kit option
  • Search for in-network providers using DocFind
  • Use Aetna's 8-Step Sales Process to help you sell

Make sure you have access to the Ascend (VSO) app before the training.

If you need access to the Ascend (VSO) app, simply go to the Ascend Virtual Sales Office App section on Producer World and follow the steps. It'll take 2-7 days for your request to process.
