2017 INDIVIDUAL BLUE EDGE DENTAL PLANS

All individual Blue Edge Dental (BED) plans have been updated, effective January 1, 2017, for all members, including those who purchased plans effective in 2016. An updated brochure/application with corrected benefit information has been posted to the Resources section on the Producer Portal for your use, along with Schedules of Benefits. Be sure to replace any previously saved files you might have with the corrected version.
