New Highmark Incentive Program for New Lehigh Valley Flex Blue Group Business
In order to help grow new group business, Highmark is introducing an incentive plan that pays directly to the agent for the sale of Lehigh Valley Flex Blue plans to new groups in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. This commission is in addition to the regular commission that's paid for the sale of new groups.

Highmark Challenges Agents with an Extra Incentive Opportunity
New to Highmark business opportunity pays beyond regular commission, directly to the agent.
Agents who write new group business for Lehigh Valley Flex Blue (LVFB) in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, with effective dates of February 1, 2017, through July 1, 2017, will receive an additional incentive upon receipt of the first month's premium.
Program Details:
- Applies to all new to Highmark clients (fully-insured or self-insured), offering LVFB with 10 or more enrolled contracts, including small groups.
- A one-time incentive will be paid in a lump sum to the writing agent at the end of each month for groups sold effective that month - reference the chart below for payout amounts per contract:
