Capital BlueCross Loop (Relay) Available to Commercial Group Members

Capital BlueCross Loop, a secure message service made available by Relay, will be introduced to our commercial group members this week.

• A sticker will be affixed to ID cards we issue.  By calling the toll free number, members will acknowledge receipt of their card and have the ability to opt into the Capital BlueCross Loop.  Participation in the Loop is not required and calling the number is not required to activate the member’s ID card or coverage.
• An email will be sent to Group Administrators this week informing them of the affixed sticker and the availability of Capital BlueCross Loop for its members.
