PERSONAL URLS FOR 2017 HIGHMARK INDIVIDUAL PLAN (UNDER 65) RENEWAL/AUTO-ENROLLMENT

Highmark members may have received a personal URL (PURL) with their 2017 renewal or auto-enrollment notice. By using the PURL, members can easily confirm their Highmark 2017 plan coverage. PURLs cannot be used to change plans. PURLs will also help track enrollment for 2017.
