Small Market ACA Renewal Error
All 12/31 and 1/1 ACA Small Market Renewals
It has come to our attention that there was an issue with the rates and age factors utilized in the calculations for the 12/31 and 1/1 small market ACA renewals.
As a result, we have corrected the renewals and will be reloading the 1/1 small market renewals on the Producer portal.
This error did not impact the employer groups directly as their mailing has not occurred. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may have caused.
