As you prepare
for plan year 2017 Open Enrollment, here are a few important things to remember
to help consumers that are currently enrolled in Marketplace coverage.

Encourage
consumers to return to the Marketplace to review their current coverage, update
their eligibility information, and select a plan for the coming year.

Remind
consumers that if they do not actively re-enroll by December 15 they may be
automatically re-enrolled for coverage beginning on January 1 to prevent a
lapse in coverage.

Remember
that consumers who enrolled in coverage through the Marketplace for a previous
plan year may not need to create a new application.
