Below please find the links to download Highmark’s ANOCs for all PA and WV plans, as well as some tips to compliantly discuss plan information with your current book of business prior to 10/1/2016.

Tips:
- Clients must be a current member to discuss their ANOC/EOC prior to 10/1
- Clients must have received their ANOC/EOC in order to discuss prior to 10/1
- Agents can ONLY discuss their client’s current plan ANOC/EOC information – no other plans can be discussed prior to 10/1
- If a client asks to discuss other plans, agents must inform their client that they can only discuss the client’s current plan, and if the client would like to discuss other Highmark Medicare plans it would have to be on or after 10/1
- Agents cannot mail or hand out 2017 documents/enrollment kits prior to 10/1
