2016 FFM Training and Certification Has Ended (Individual Under 65 Market)

Highmark has rolled out the 2017 FFM training capabilities so, we want to provide closure for the 2016 plan year. As of July 15, 2016, CMS has shut down the 2016 FFM Registration and Training, as a result, there is no capability to be trained for 2016. For those agents who have completed their 2016 training, but have not completed the Highmark Certifications and Attestations through Sales Sentinel, you still can, but that capability will end on Friday, September 23, 2016. As a requirement, in order to receive commissions you must submit your Certifications and Attestations through Sales Sentinel.

Please Note: Althought training may have been completed, failure to complete the 2016 Certification and Attestations through Sales Sentinel will result in no commissions paid for those policies brand new to Highmark effective January 1, 2016 through March 1, 2016.

Reminder: There is no commissions payable for the Special Enrollment Period of April 1, 2016 through December 1, 2016.
