Capital BlueCross now offers an Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) product to our large group fully insured and ASO customers.

• EPO provides coverage for services received in-network only.
• Urgent and emergent care are covered regardless of network status.
• EPO provides premium savings over standard PPO’s that provide out of network (OON) coverage for routine services.
