UPMC Summer Double Down Incentive!

August, and September

Now is the time to concentrate on moving those 51-100 employer groups to UPMC Health Plan! Here's how to double down on your incentive.

  • Quote a group that has 51-100 enrolled contracts and receive $25 for every quote you send us. That's right; you receive $25 for every group you send in with 51-100 employees.
Example: Send in four qualifying groups for a UPMC Health Plan quote. 
Bonus is four quotes x $25 = a $100 bonus!

  • Sell a group in the 51-100 market segment with a July, August, or September effective date and receive $100 per enrolled contract!
Example: Group has 80 employee contracts enrolled in a plan. 
Bonus is 80 contracts x $100 per contract = an $8,000 bonus!

The Details:
  • Employer groups in the 51-100 market segment qualify with a July, August, or September effective date.
  • Group quoting incentive is only paid on groups with 51 or more enrolled employees.
  • Sold group incentive is paid for any group that qualifies in the 51-100 market segment.
  • Incentive will be paid on initial enrollment count on effective date.
  • Market segment is based upon total average employee count from the preceding calendar year.

Terms and Conditions:
  • Payment will be made within 90 days for all eligible effective dates. Determination and payment of earned rewards under this program are at the sole discretion of UPMC Health Plan.
  • UPMC Health Plan may, as its sole discretion, cancel, amend, terminate, or suspend the program at any time.
  • Program applies to new business only. Groups must be full replacement to qualify.
  • Payment of any applicable earned rewards under this plan will be payable to the writing producer and paid through the general agency, if applicable. 
  • For producer to qualify for sold group incentive, group must remain in force with UPMC Health Plan for 12 months from effective date.
  • Only employer groups with 51-100 employees qualify.
  • UPMC Health Plan reserves the right to recoup any or all rewards paid as part of this program if it determines at any time that any program requirement is or was not satisfied. Recovery of paid rewards by UPMC Health Plan will be conducted by offsetting producer or agency commission payments, as applicable, unless other payment arrangements are made and agreed to in writing by UPMC Health Plan.
