- Requires at least 25+ contracts enrolled
- Aggregate only stop loss coverage with a 125 percent corridor
- For ease, the benefit plan designs for UPMC Self Assure Level Funding for groups under 100 match the Small Group 2-50 Fully Insured Portfolio.
