MARKETPLACE AGENT AND BROKER ROADMAP TO RESOURCES

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released an Agent and Broker Roadmap to Resources publication (the Roadmap) to serve as a quick guide to the resources CMS and its federal partners have developed to help producers and consumers navigate the Health Insurance Marketplace (Marketplace). 

The Roadmap to Resources:

• Presents resources, such as checklists and troubleshooting tips to make it easier and faster for you to help consumers
• Serves as a quick reference guide for resources you may find helpful as you navigate the Health Insurance Marketplace and assist individuals and small businesses select, enroll in, and use coverage
• Explains coverage options available to consumers in the Marketplace
• Provides graphic summaries of many eligibility and enrollment processes

UPDATED E-BILL OR EFT FORM FOR INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS 

Remind your clients that e-Bill or Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) is a great option to ensure that premiums are paid on time each month. Their monthly premium payment is automatically deducted from their checking or savings account on the first day of each month - saving them time and eliminating the need to write checks. Payment through e-Bill or EFT is safe, secure and convenient.

To sign up for e-Bill or EFT, clients should use the updated Automatic Withdrawal (e-Bill or EFT) Options Form which is available via the Producer Portal.
