Due to the large volume of quoting activity, and in order to efficiently process your UPMC Individual Advantage Sales, please take note of the following changes.
ON-EXCHANGE SALES (Subsidy eligible members)
Starting December 9 and running to December 15, please go directly to healthcare.gov to enroll all On-Exchange subsidy eligible members. This will allow you to process the applications in a much quicker manner.
Remember to enter your NPN number when completing the enrollment to ensure that your commissions will be paid on time.
OFF-EXCHANGE SALES
Please continue to use the UPMC Marketplace to enroll ALL individual members who are not subsidy eligible. Simply log in to the producer portal to access the UPMC Individual Marketplace shopping tool.
Making these slight modifications during these heavy enrollment times will ensure that you provide your clients the best customer experience.
