Open Enrollment is in full swing and we’ll be here to support you the whole way.  All our preparations and plans are now being put to use to help you make this the most successful Open Enrollment yet.  We have plenty of new tools to help you.  This includes the new Producer Guide, which we hope gives you a great resource to answer your more common questions.  We’ve also made some changes to the renewal hub on Producer World® which should make things easier for you to find.

We recently launched our newest broker resource, the Producer Guide.  This one‐stop resource can help make you a powerful force in 2016. The Producer Guide provides key information that can help you more efficiently grow and retain your individual health plan business. We’ve updated and streamlined the renewal hub section of Producer World.  We’ve separated the hub into tabs to make things easier for brokers to find and understand all of the different sample member renewal letters.

Great tips to make the client payment process go more smoothly for Open Enrollment 2016

Sometimes your individual plan clients need a little extra guidance, especially when it comes to payments. So we provide tools to track client payments on Producer World® to help you stay up to date. But there are some things you can do to make the process smoother.  For more information on a smooth payment process, click here.

As a reminder, clients will need to re-apply for EFT premium payments if they’ve renewed into a new plan.

Consumer newsletter helps you stay in touch with your clients

Check out this month's edition of the Achieve Your HealthySM Newsletter for consumers. This monthly newsletter contains useful health tips and recipes for your clients. It's also an easy-to-use tool that can help you stay in touch with your clients and help you grow your business. You can share the newsletter by email with your clients, or print it and staple your business card to it to use it as a handout.  Look for a new issue each month.
