Our new bonus opportunity plus your renewals equals more money for you!

Open Enrollment is in full swing.  If you achieve our top Chairman commission level, we'd like to reward you even more for helping your clients renew. And this year renewals are now worth even more to you.  

Exclusively for Chairman brokers, we've added a new bonus opportunity for Aetna and CoventryOne renewals in Pennsylvania PLUS we're paying the same commission rates for renewals and new business in Pennsylvania. 

How it works

The new renewal bonus provides you opportunities to earn more:

  • Renew 75% of your book of business in Pennsylvania and you will receive a one-time bonus payment of $14 for each renewing member in Pennsylvania. This is based on your 2015 enrollment that is renewing for 2016.

  • And there's more! If you achieve that renewal bonus, then you're eligible for an additional bonus:
    • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - earn an additional $2 per renewing member if at least 65% of your book of business is set up for EFT payment of their premiums.  

  • For example
    • If a Chairman broker renews all 20 of their members=$280 bonus ($14 x 20 renewed members)
    • If Chairman broker does not reach 75% renewal, but hits EFT threshold=$0 bonus
    • If a Chairman broker with 20 members hits both thresholds=$320 bonus ($16 x 20 renewed members)  

Tracking your progress

You can easily track your progress for these metrics in your Book of Business report on Producer World®. The bonus thresholds will be based on your book of business as of June 30, 2016.  You will receive a final scorecard for these metrics in July 2016, and receive payment in August, 2016.
