INDIVIDUAL MARKET UPDATE

Corrected SBCs to be mailed to renewing/auto-enrolled individual members

Many Highmark individual members that renewed or were auto-enrolled for Jan. 1, 2016 received incorrect SBCs. These members will be mailed a revised SBC, marked "Corrected," with a cover letter explaining what happened. The mailings will take place this week and will be delivered to homes over the next 7-10 business days.

APPOINTMENTS

New one-sheet outlines appointment fee schedules

A one-sheet has been created to detail the western and central PA appointment fee schedules, which includes information about the different appointment types and the associated fees.

Please note - there are no changes to the fee schedule. This is an informational piece to share with your agents.
