Highmark (BCNEPA) Important Small Group Renewal Information

Early next week, you will receive login information for your access to the Highmark Producer Portal. Once you receive that information, you will be able to access and complete small group client renewals, among many other things.

Prior to the portal’s release, we want you to have information on your small group clients’ renewals.

Resources:

• Renewal letter for employers enrolled in grandmothered coverage
• Renewal letter for employers enrolled in ACA coverage
• Conversion letter for employers moving from ACA plan option into another ACA plan option
• Renewal notification

Early next week, you will receive login information for your sub-producers’ access to the Highmark Producer Portal. Once you receive that information, your sub-producers will be able to access and complete small group client renewals, among many other things.
