2016 INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT TRAINING NOW AVAILABLE

The individual product training for central PA for the upcoming 2016 Open Enrollment Period is now available on the producer portal. Because there are many changes to the 2016 individual market portfolio, please review this module to ensure you are aware of what's changing and to understand the auto-enrollment scenarios for plans that are discontinuing.    

Log in to the producer portal and search for "2016 Individual Product Training - CPA" in the Resources section. 

Note: Please select "Read Only" upon opening this file, and review both the slides and the notes for each slide.

Members whose plans are discontinuing received letters in October. Some members will receive a letter next week that outlines whether they will be auto-enrolled into a different plan due to a product discontinuation or if their plan will renew in 2016.

Details on the sales process and electronic versions of sales materials, including brochures and rates, will be made available in a future producer alert. Rates can currently be viewed as part of the window shopping preview on healthcare.gov.
