UPDATE Excellus BlueCross Blue Shield Cyber Attack:
- October 5, 2015-Capital will send letters to ASO group customers (active and former) that have affected members of the Excellus cyber-attack.
- October 12, 2015-Excellus will begin mailing notifications to BlueCard members whose information may have been accessed as part of the cyber-attack.
