New SHOP Marketplace FAQ for Agents/Brokers Now Available!
The SHOP Marketplace makes it easy for agents and brokers to enroll their small business clients in health or dental coverage, online through HealthCare.gov.
A new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document is now available for agents and brokers operating in the SHOP Marketplace. This FAQ clarifies:
- How agents and brokers can get registered to sell in the SHOP Marketplace
- How agents and brokers can set up a searchable profile and use the SHOP Marketplace Agent/Broker Portal
- How agents and brokers are compensated through the SHOP Marketplace
- How a National Producer Number (NPN) gets added to a new application and a renewal
- Where agents and brokers can go for assistance with the SHOP Marketplace
