We are aware some agents and brokers are encountering challenges when trying to access the new Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) to complete plan year 2016 agent/broker training. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve your experience.

The following are steps you can take that may be helpful.

1. Please use Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser. You may download them for free using the following links. Internet Explorer is currently producing errors that our technical teams are working to resolve soon.

2. Please disable your browser’s pop-up blocker. You can find instructions here, as well as other tips to prepare your computer to use with the MLMS.

3. If you are unable to access the MLMS by clicking the “Access Training” link beside the MLMS listing on the training options page, please try to use the yellow MLMS button in the top left of the screen. See instructions and images below.
