Household Discount (HHD): is available October 1, 2015. Here is the HHD language:

You are eligible for a household premium discount if you currently have a household resident (at least one, but no more than three) with whom you reside and to whom you are either married or in a civil union partnership: or who has an existing Medicare Supplement policy or is applying for such a policy with Companion. We may request additional documentation to determine eligibility.

Pennsylvania Rate Updates
Premium rates* for Medicare Supplement policies will be changing as of October 1, 2015:

Rate Revisions: All applications signed and dated after October 1, 2015, will be issued at the updated premium rates.
In-Force Policies: Beginning October 1, 2015, the rate changes will be applied to in-force policies on the policies' next due date. Policy holders will be notified via mail in accordance with the state required notification period.
*The rate updates noted above are an average; actual calculated rates may vary by policy.
