We want to do more for brokers like you who do more to help us meet the needs of our members. That’s why this year we’ll pay you our highest commission rates if you exceed specific thresholds for individual plan membership.

And that’s not all.

If you are a top broker in Pennsylvania you’ll be eligible for other bonuses.

When you enroll 20 or more paid members in our individual and family health plans, you’ll reach the Chairman top commission level. You’ll also get priority service from our concierge broker support team.

Here's how it works:

*Your 2016 commission tier will be based on enrolled and paid new and renewing members that are assigned to you and in force January 1, 2016. Minimum of 5 members in your book of business is required by January 1, 2016 sold effective dates to get commissions on new business in 2016.

We’ll let you know our commission rates before open enrollment.

We’ll give you bonuses for being a consumer engagement advocate. You become an advocate when you achieve certain thresholds for:

• Getting more members signed up for electronic funds transfer of premium payments
• Ensuring fewer application eligibility inconsistencies regarding citizenship
• Increasing your renewal levels

Your commission will be based on your total number of individual members in your book of business.

We’ll count every renewal and every new member who is enrolled and paid in your individual plan book of business by January 1, 2016 before assigning your commission level.
