The race to AEP has begun! The 2016 Geisinger Gold product training will be released July 21!

Whether you're new to Geisinger Gold or a seasoned agent, you'll receive an email on July 21 to begin your Product Certifications.

• Follow the link in your email.
• If you're new, verify your personal information, and create a password.
• Log-in and review the important documents on the right side of the screen, including the "Quick Reference Guide", a very useful tool for the exam and in the field.
• Begin your 2016 courses!

• Log-in with your username and password (if you forget your password, the use "Forgot Password" option).
• Your courses to complete will be listed for you on the home page.

• Click on "Forgot Password or ID".
• Click on the "Broker" link, you will be asked some questions regarding the information you used when you initially registered.
• Continue with each step, and you will be able to reset your password or retrieve your username.
