Group Anniversary Date Change

When a group’s request to change anniversary date has been approved by underwriting, the group will now need to read and complete an Anniversary Date Change Acceptance letter and return to Capital prior to rates being provided.
The Bulletin provides details of the new process for small and mid-market groups.
Large groups requesting a change in anniversary date should continue to be coordinated through the group’s CBC Account Executive.
