 UPMC Health Plan's Summer Producer Incentive Program 


To acknowledge the hard work you do for UPMC Health Plan, we have enriched our producer incentive program.  

 

Terms will be in place for new, fully insured, and self-funded groups sold with May, June, July, and August 2015 effective dates. PLEASE NOTE: Your incentive will be paid in October 2015.

 

Incentive program highlights: 

  • You will earn $25 per enrolled employee for groups with 100-300 enrolled employees.
  • You will earn $35 per enrolled employee for groups sold with 301-500 enrolled employees. NOTE: The incentive payout will be capped at the level for 500 enrolled employees.
  • You will earn incentives only for full replacement. Slice business does not qualify.
  • Incentives will be payable to the writing producer. If the writing producer is appointed through a General Agency, the incentive will be paid to the General Agency.

We are excited to let you know that the renewals for your July groups will be available in Producer OnLine as of Tuesday, April 28.

 

July Renewals Available in Producer OnLine

 

To review them, follow the process outlined below:

  • Log in to Producer OnLine. 
    • Note: Only the designated employee in your company (with "admin" log-in capabilities) has permission to view this information.
  • Click on the tab titled My Clients & Renewals. 
  • Click View Client Renewals.   
  • Under Search Criteria you will have the option to select the renewal type (Medically Underwritten [MUW], ACA alternate, and ACA) and the renewal month (since this is the first month displaying the renewals, the only option at this time is July).
  • Then, click on View.
  • Once the results are displayed, you will have the option to further filter your renewals by typing in the name of the group.

 

Your account manager will be providing you with a list of your July renewals that will include the group name and group number.

 

The July renewals will be available in Producer OnLine through July 31, 2015.
