CLARIFICATION REGARDING ADDITIONAL PAYOUT FOR NEW COMMUNITY BLUE FLEX GROUP (2-99) SALES
Highmark will continue paying additional commission for the sale of Community Blue Flex products to fully insured group clients (with 2-99 contracts) beginning with January 2015 effective and renewal dates.
Clarification note: The additional commission will only be paid on renewing clients who transition from a non-Community Blue product to Community Blue Flex and on new Highmark clients that select Community Blue Flex.
This additional commission will remain in effect for 12 months.

Additional $4 per contract per month
Highmark reserves the right to change this program at any time.
