Individual Platinum Plan Maximum Out of Pocket Revision

The contracts for the following individual plans have been updated to reflect the $2000-individual/$4000-Family Maximum Out of Pocket (MOOP) to coincide with what is displayed on the Federal Marketplace:

• Healthy Benefits HMO 0.0.10 (On and Off Marketplace)
• Healthy Benefits Value HMO 0.0.10 (On Marketplace)
• Healthy Benefits PPO 0.0.10 (On and Off Marketplace)

The change is effective January 1, 2015. A letter was issued to current enrollees in these products informing them of the MOOP revision.
