ADDITIONAL PAYOUT FOR COMMUNITY BLUE FLEX GROUP (2-99) SALES
Highmark will continue paying additional commission for the sale of Community Blue Flex products to fully insured group clients (with 2-99 contracts) beginning with January 2015 effective and renewal dates. This additional commission will remain in effect for 12 months.
Renewing Highmark clients that select Community Blue Flex
Additional $2 per contract per month
New Highmark clients that select Community Blue Flex
Additional $4 per contract per month
