Cutoff Dates for ON and OFF Exchange
for 2/1/2015 Effective Date

If you are enrolling someone that IS subsidy eligible ON Exchange through healthcare.gov, they MUST be enrolled by January 15^th for a 2/1 effective date.

If someone is NOT eligible for a subsidy and you are enrolling them OFF Exchange through our portal, you have until January 31^st  to enroll them for a 2/1 effective date. Please keep in mind that if you are enrolling them on the 31^st  our claims system will not be updated in time to use their benefits on February 1st.
