PAYMENT DEADLINE EXTENSION FOR JAN. 1 EFFECTIVE DATES

The deadline to pay for a plan with a Jan. 1, 2015, effective date has been extended to Jan. 12, 2015 (regardless of the date printed on the invoice). Please note that now members can quickly pay for their plan over the phone, using a VISA, Mastercard or check, by calling 1-855-504-4560. 

Please encourage your clients who have not yet paid to pay over the phone as soon as possible to avoid policy cancellation.
